                                        </p></td></tr><tr></tr><tr><td align="center"></td></tr><tr><td class="bt_content"><br/><p style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em;">临近春节总会有各种饭局,亲朋好友聚在一起,难免会大吃大喝,甚至酗酒和熬夜。所以每次节日期间以及节日过后,因肠胃不适到医院就诊的患者就会明显增多。 </p><p></p><p style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em;">专家指出,肠胃不适的患者多是因为消化不良,最常见的表现是胃胀、腹胀、食欲不振。可将白萝卜切片和15克山楂一起煮汤服用,每天一两次。症状明显者,可以服用加味保 <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="305" align="left" border="0"><tbody><tr><td><iframe marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" src="http://www.hangzhou.com.cn/inc_hzw/insiadv.htm" frameborder="0" noresize="noresize" width="300" scrolling="no" height="300"></iframe></td></tr></tbody></table>和丸,早晚各一袋。其主要成分包括山楂、麦芽、谷芽和连翘,其中山楂可以消肉食、大麦芽消面食、谷芽消米食。而萝卜可消食降气,主要用在油腻的饮食后。 </p><p></p><p style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em;">还有一种消化不良的患者表现为拉肚子,腹痛不太明显,伴有嗳气,口腔和肠道排出的气体及大便均有明显的酸腐食物味道,这是因为饮食过度,胃肠一时接受不了导致胃肠功能紊乱。此时应该进食清淡的饮食,如粥类和清汤面,少吃含动物油较多的食品和煎炸食品。同时可用生姜3片、大枣3粒,加陈皮1~2片煮汤,或者泡水服用,次数不限,既可以暖胃,又能调理胃肠功能。 </p><p></p><p style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em;">其中一部分拉肚子的病人可能是吃了不干净的东西,表现为发烧、上吐下泻,可加用黄连素和藿香正气水。而腹泻、腹痛非常剧烈,或有脓血便的病人,有可能是患了痢疾,要及时去医院治疗。</p></td></tr></tbody></table>
