门球运动    门球运动是一种新兴的体育运动项目，适合各个年龄层次的人参加，这项趣味性和竞技性很强的运动项目，有利于促进人们体魄的增强。     门球是一种打击球类。它的场地为<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="0" unitname="平方米">３００平方米</chmetcnv>至<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="0" unitname="平方米">５００平方米</chmetcnv>，场内分设三个不同方向的钢筋制小球门，称为一门、二门、三门。场地中央有根立柱，叫做终点柱。比赛用的木槌柄长<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="0" unitname="厘米">７０厘米</chmetcnv>以上，槌头呈圆柱形。圆球为硬木或塑料所制。 　　比赛时，运动员分红白两队，每队上场５人，一方为单号（一、三、五、七、九号击红球），另一方为双号（二、四、六、八、十号击白球）并佩带与号码相同的号码布，按顺序号依次上场击打与自己号码相同的实心球。 　　比赛开始后，每个队员必须依次将球击进一号门、二号门和三号门，最后碰触终点柱。按照比赛规则，比赛中，运动员将球通过第一个门后，在撞击到其他球后还可以打闪击球，即把他人的球拿到自己的球近旁，脚踏两个球，用木槌击自己的球，使其靠闪击力把他球击出。全场比赛时间为３０分钟，如果一个队员依次将球击进三个门并最终将球碰到终点柱，就算赢得满分，率先全部得到满分的队获胜。若比赛结束时，双方队员都未得满分，则以双方的得分多少定胜负。 　　门球看起来简单，玩起来颇要费番脑筋，是一种既利于健身、健脑而又不太消耗体力、寓娱乐于体育运动之中的群众性体育活动。它有利于青少年长身体，发展智力，可防止壮年人早期衰老，能帮助老年人返老还童。

三毛兄弟，这些讲解还算是“专业”滴，只不过全是偶从其它地方“转贴”过来滴。“八好以西拉”！[em04][em04][em04]您的倡议非常好！门球运动男女老少均可参与，云顶也有可能设置这样的场地。云顶已经有了好多运动俱乐部，但是适合老年人的不多。非常希望您能成为云顶门球俱乐部的首任主任和教练！[em17][em17][em17]希望业委会能适当推动一下，让老年人也通过这项运动在云顶颐养天年！[em01][em01][em01]
