<p></p><p>&nbsp; 做的好要表扬,做的不好要批评,这是我幼儿园时候小老师就告诉过我的. KFS要继续努力哦,品牌打响,黄金万两! 尽管说了好多好多遍的谢谢,从内心真的要感谢业主前工委业主的默默奉献,真的,如果没有你们努力,大家可以想象的到楼盘根本不可能有今天这样很多问题得到改善. 我感觉好象也有业主不开心的,可能自己的一些问题没有解决,为什么不出来参加业主活动呢? 可以让大家帮你出出主意的呀! 啊,快要交房了,有点小激动.呵呵...</p>

<p>是不是收房太平了呢?大家关注几个问题:<br/>(一)收房的时候,建筑面积以哪个为标准呢?难道中能公司说多少就多少吗?</p><p>(二)建设房子的质量中能公司如何担保没有问题,必须出房屋质量保证书,一定保证没有问题,或质押钱或东西,不然,住了几年出问题,找谁啊?<br/>(三)感谢各位业主的热心对话,但是,我们要申明一点,除了感谢后,一定认识到,不能代表全体业主的心声,明确一点:污水问题不仅要有保证书也不够,一定要公司适当的金钱质押,不然任何保证没有法律效果,以后会找不到公司,那如何办?</p><p>善良的人要必须察亮眼睛:现在交房时候对你善,不一定以后也善.....对话的业主您们认为如何呢?</p><p>(四)空调安装必须是无条件的安装,空调电线板插头一个也不见,从来也没有见过这样的房子?</p><p>(五)其他问题,大家提一提.....</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p></p><p>&nbsp; 大家都辛苦了!</p><p>&nbsp; 楼上的担心有些道理,我接上面问题来说说.</p><p>(一)(二)问题不用担心的,我家收紫金庭院房子的时候KFS会提供国家指定的测绘机构测量的面积计算书,还有房屋质量保证书,好象是保证10年的免费维修.</p><p>(三)的问题,我不大懂,可能涉及法律上的很多问题.</p><p>(四)空调电线板插头没有设置是好象不太人性的,是不是符合规范我不晓得,只能在装修时补上了.</p><p>(五)我就一个小小的建议吧,大家在论坛上说的都挺好的,但不知道有没有参加业主活动,一起解决问题呢?好建议是要去做的,一点一点落实了才是最重要的.(嘿嘿,我参加的很少,智力有限,我是女生就是有那么一点一点特权)</p>
