宁海南溪温泉好养生

宁海南溪温泉好养生春节以来，一直咳嗽不止，专家门诊为上呼吸道炎症，吃药，吊盐水也无济于事。朋友叫我到宁海南溪温泉休养几天，其实早在三十年前我就来过，那时宁海的朋友介绍说是原江华等高级干部的休养地，郭沫若1964年曾有题字“天明山南溪温泉”，潘天寿的名句：“温泉清水宜清浴，爱看秋花艳满山”，此处记得当时归省机关事务局直管，条件较差，没有空调。以后几次出差路过宁海，都到此处住。南溪温泉现由宁海一家叫“双林集团”的民营企业收购，改造为四星级宾馆，取名“天明山温泉大酒店”，2004年，进山相距200米，又建了一座五星级别墅式的宾馆“南苑温泉山庄”，地处更雅静。此地同时拥有广阔的森林资源，周围涉及卧龙谷、仙人谷、闻莺谷、锦绣谷等景区；环境极其幽静。     整个大环境中饱含高氧离子，丰富的地热资源更使此地闻名遐迩。这里双休日，节假日客房常常爆满，一定要早早预订！宁海南溪温泉水温常年保持在49.5度到51度之间，泉水取于158米之下的地层。看到的温泉水清澈透明，呈绿色。水的PH值为7.9，碱性。以含氡为主，兼有氟、钾、镁、钠等多种元素。对皮肤病，关节炎症还有神经、消化、心血管的病痛有一定的疗效，当然对女士来说美容是最重要的。宁海温泉属国内罕见的中碳酸钠水质的中温温泉，。也是全国著名的十大温泉之一说也奇怪，每天泡上2—3次，在清晰，幽静的山谷里散散步，几天下来咳嗽好多了，人的精神也好了，食欲也有所增加，看来现在城市的空气污染太严重之故，想到了山清水秀的云顶！天气转暖了，可以常去住住了！ 路线：杭甬高速到宁波进入甬台温高速到宁海北下高速。往梅林方向再开约60公里即到，自驾车杭州出发三个半小时 <img src="attachments/dvbbs/2007-4/20074209525272656.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dvbbs/2007-4/20074209525272656.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" />

武义的温泉的确不错，但是宾馆里的尽量少泡，因为都是从旅游局买来的温泉，都是循环使用的

是的，左边一只龙头放出的就是天然的温泉，呈绿色！去的时侯还腰痛，一周泡下来，好多了，浙江宁海南苑温泉山庄电话：0574—65260000
