整体感觉工程进度很慢，管道埋完了，刚平整好土地，绿化什么的都还没开始。
储藏室和车库都还没开始销售，听售楼小姐说这个月只卖出10多套房子，B区还是一部分余房，顶楼200平米越层的4300/方，一楼3800/方，最贵的卖4800，均价4300。
问了污水管的事情，目前是内部通过化粪池和有关净化设备处理后排入河道，但已经预留了和市政污水管的接口，一旦市政污水总管铺设到就可以接入。不过当我问开发商是否负责到时的衔接工作，她就不置可否了，这个问题在交付的时候一定要注意。
自来水是从西溪水厂引入的，和市区价格一致，但电是闲林的，价格不清楚。
