<p>这套强调“生活艺术”与“经典品位”，强调企业历史与跨行业发展的稿子才是提案的稿子。</p><p>但不幸被误读了，雅戈尔地产公司的老总似乎极其看不起服装公司，也极其厌恶与服装发生任何关系的联想，所以这套稿子在甲方认同方面结果是失败的。</p><p>虽然从传播的角度看，雅戈尔地产的老总对自己的品牌缺乏清醒的认识，服装对于这个品牌是有利的资源，也是回避不了的传播因素，即使在宁波，人人都知道雅戈尔地产。这就是跨行业多元发展但同时采用品牌延伸策略的弊病所在，正如绿城教育现在也做得很好，可是提到绿城，怎么可能不先联想房产，唯一的办法就是贯通不同行业的品牌气质与品牌使命，正如娃哈哈从民族饮料延伸到民族童装。</p><p>但不管怎么样，甲方是意志先行的，专业上站得住脚不代表在甲方眼里也站得住脚，失败就得承认，毕竟动脑在某些环节上失算了。不过没拿下这样的客户，也是一件值得庆幸的事。</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
