</td></tr></tbody></table><p>　　金色家园里的智能化配套，比如单元门禁IC卡，一般门禁卡的使用流程是：取卡、读卡、开门，但是在金色家园，业主的门禁卡只要放在衣服口袋里或者包里就可以被感应。因为金色家园的单元门禁卡系统已经进行了特殊的调整，感应距离从普通的5公分变为了1米左右。从此以后业主每天买菜回家，再也不需放下手里东西便能轻松进出单元门了。 </p>
