江岳琪)</strong>　截至今日20：45，杭州市透明售房系统显示预定369套，交易面积42511.5平米；商品房成交235套，交易面积27657.39平米，成交均价9251元/平米，住宅均价8929元/平米；经济适用房无成交。</p><p>　　余杭区售房系统显示预定13套，交易面积1806.44平方米；商品房成交77套，交易面积10304.23平方米，成交均价6013元/平方米，住宅均价5671元/平米。今日杭城效区楼盘预定略有回落，今天仅8个楼盘有预定，预定最多的也仅有3套；商品房成交大幅回落，比昨天减少了25套，今天成交最多的是<font color="#0000ff">毓秀家园</font>，以5704元/平米的均价成交了9套，其次是<font color="#333399">东方俊园和康城国际</font>，均有7套的成交；成交均价最高的是<font color="#0000ff">浪漫和山</font>，成交均价11383元/平米，成交均价最低的是<font
