去看房的朋友一定要注意以下问题：1、交通极其不便，销售人员一定会欺骗你们67路已开通，其实67路只有很少几辆到勾庄北，上班时间很挤，从市区回来根本不太可能等到车。2、此楼盘配套很成问题，生活不方便，开发商承诺的学校估计永远不会兑现。3、天阳公司是一个不负责任的公司，一旦你付了钱，凡是口头承诺的东西都不会兑现，二期交房时甚至出现开发商雇佣流氓打手攻击业主事件。
