[贴图][原创]看到的天阳棕榈湾还是不错的

今天下午陪朋友去天阳棕榈湾买房,顺便拍了一些PP        总体感觉效果不错的,一期700多户已经入住300多.二期年前刚交付,部分在装修,三期金水湾6月准现房开盘               规模最大,景观最好的是二期,目前只剩下部分尾房,价格5000多点                     3期即将开盘,估计5500以上,部分精装修房6500以上.                             就是外围环境不怎么的,离汽车北站约4\5公里,就在104过道边上                                      小区共3000户,三期400多户.个人感觉从规模\环境\性价比来说,可能还是二期的更好
