想来想去,阳台还是要包

我看到宁波的一个小区,跟我们的小区很相似,窗户的颜色跟我们也一样,开发商在小区里开了一家店,如果业主要包阳台的话,跟他们说一下,他们会过去包,所用的材料跟原有的窗户的材料颜色是一样的.我看到他们很多的业主都已经包了阳台,看上去根本不存在影响外观,哪怕同同一单元有几户不包,整体看过去也不难看的,因为颜色都是一样的. 大家的建议大家是否可以参考一下???

俺是2期的，因为一期没有牌号我说不上那几栋，星期日中午我看到自行车库和房子的连结处工人把花岗岩撬下来拉，裂缝很大。有4栋在处理。
