我们小区到底怎么了?

       每次下班回家,感觉都很别扭。没有象其他小区那么舒畅。1号路那么拥挤，全停满了来游泳的外小区的车辆。我不懂，这游泳池是我们小区的游泳池吗？其他小区的游泳池都是业主特别是小孩的乐园，我们却从来不敢奢望去那里享受清凉。这难道不是剥夺我们业主的权利吗？主要原因是1号路是市政道路还是小区道路吗？不是的。关键还是我们小区的物业管理不够以人为本。在丰潭路口必须设置一个象征意义的门口，阻拦外来车辆进入，否则以后所有车辆都肆意进入，真的是更不舒畅了。什么省直机关小区，还不如一般的小区。

补充：如果游泳池是我们小区的产权，业委会就应该为业主维权。

隔此数月，以往经年，说的就是此事。不过每次都是几个人说，说着说着不说了。过段时间另几个人又说这事，又说着说着也会不说的。小区不是路的问题，是大家一道关心小区建设这个问题上出了问题。

一号路不但是游泳馆的停车场更是追击假日酒店的停车场,可能要等到真正出人命了有关方面才会重视起来,可见大难当前大家在小区内走路还是以小心为好.

一号路不但是游泳馆的停车场更是假日酒店的停车场,人家看中的就是因为门口可以随意停车既没有交警来管也没城管来问这一有利条件,可能要等到一号路那天真的出了人命才会引起有关部门的重视,因此作为政苑小区的邻里们大难当前在小区走路都要格外的小心.

“什么省直机关小区，还不如一般的小区。”奇怪，省直机关小区就一定得优越于一般小区吗？还是物管工作不力，我来过政苑游泳馆几次，停车没有保安指挥。也欢迎你们来我们小区游泳池，就是小了点。[em03]

在AB桥头B区的阅报栏里，有人写了一张大字报，意思是请业委会弄弄清楚，这1号路和路俩边的绿化及亲水平台公园一带到底是不是属于我们小区所有。并提出了不少建议，我感觉很有道理。

1号路乱停车问题，所停车辆基本上不是政苑业主的。请大家打城管和交警电话,进行投诉。主车道乱停车归交警处罚，非机动车道乱停车归城管处罚的，只有罚单伺候了。
