我朋友未名园10楼50平米单身公寓精装修过租1600元/月，是外企白领租的，因为人家不原租便宜的农民房

现在下沙精装修房租金确实很高这点原先大家都没有想到
我一同事未名园的90平方装修后居然租到2500元/月而且很悄求租的人很多
但另一位简装修的不行 120平只租了1600元

可能与现在下沙商品房不多有关系若其它楼盘也交付使用不知租金还要不要这么贵

下沙短暂的未来谁也说不准
本人觉得，下沙的商品房主要应该适合在下沙工作的人群
或许过了几年，20年，或者30年
下沙有地铁了，
有一定的购物环境了，休闲场所了........
应该从下沙镇开始下手（1号路菜场那边的环境，在下沙的朋友都了解吧）

那边已经有一些规划了，用不了几年，就会拆掉了，我有同事就住在那边的，他听他的房东说，他住的那里过不了多久就会拆了！

忍得住寂寞，专心做学问，那下沙是个不错的地方。如果想enjoy life，那下沙绝对在5年以内不合适。房子多不等于有人气。至于大学，建筑物新正说明没有形成氛围，十年树木，百年才能够树人。搬到下沙去的学校要成气候，不那么容易。另外，大学生的消费需求与过日子的消费需求是不一样的，所以下沙的商业、服务业很长时间内不会尽如人意。一定要有相当多教师住在那里后才会好，而这样的教师绝大部分是新从外地调来的或者新参加工作的，几个学校加在一起，每年数量也不是很大，总得有几年才行。
