现在下沙精装修房租金确实很高   这点原先大家都没有想到   
我一同事未名园的90平方装修后居然租到2500元/月   而且很悄   求租的人很多   
但另一位简装修的不行   120平  只租了1600元  

可能与现在下沙商品房不多有关系   若其它楼盘也交付使用   不知租金还要不要这么贵

本人觉得，下沙的商品房主要应该适合在下沙工作的人群

下沙 有地铁了，

那边已经有一些规划了，用不了几年，就会拆掉了，我有同事就住在那边的，他听他的房东说，他住的那里过不了多久就会拆了！

忍得住寂寞，专心做学问，那下沙是个不错的地方。如果想enjoy life，那下沙绝对在5年以内不合适。房子多不等于有人气。至于大学，建筑物新正说明没有形成氛围，十年树木，百年才能够树人。搬到下沙去的学校要成气候，不那么容易。另外，大学生的消费需求与过日子的消费需求是不一样的，所以下沙的商业、服务业很长时间内不会尽如人意。一定要有相当多教师住在那里后才会好，而这样的教师绝大部分是新从外地调来的或者新参加工作的，几个学校加在一起，每年数量也不是很大，总得有几年才行。
