拍照角度选得好,照片上看起来要比实景漂亮多了,但一期的绿化很多都枯了,估计交房前还得重新种过.

出乎意料一点是：绿草长的特别茂盛。

建议绿化：1.选种几棵大的香樟（或类似的四季常绿的大树，一定要已经比较粗壮的大数）感觉会好很多。像银杏这样的树又贵长的又慢，冬天还要变黄变秃，少种几棵够了。
2.大小花园里的草建议选种那种干干黄黄蓬蓬的（现在很多公园里也种的），这样冬天孩子们可以在花园里任意玩耍打滚，当然大人们也可以随地席地而坐。

可能用了化肥，以前我种菜的时候长的都没它们好。化肥使用会不会有问题？

会污染环境，使土壤结板，3、4年后对树木植被的生长极其不好，和‘竭泽而渔’类似；
建议使用卫生的绿肥。顺便声明一下，偶不是象狼那样做这行的，偶是农民。
