东溪公寓分布于中能·浪漫和山东部，地形基本平整，然后向北往上逐步盘升。山地建筑的特点在于她具有垂直高度，使得她的规划必须考虑到纵向的居住体验。谷地建筑更加主动个体的规划，以细巧精致为主，使每一幢楼都能成为一道观景，而山地建筑则应强调整体的秩序感和气势感，体现一种整和的韵律之美。因此，东溪公寓在谷地规划为点式小高层，而拾坡而上，则布置了三幢呈围合状的小高层，体现了和谐、错落、韵律的设计精神。
