<P>元旦去看房，发现房子内墙已粉刷，比上次看房漂亮不少，但也发现不上问题。</P>

<P>周末去北面春雪苑的小高层看了几个房子， 给水管和这个管子比较象，明装的，镀锌管；</P>
<P>另外有些给水管的堵头没装，被粉刷在沙灰下面看不到了。</P>
<P>另外，看到的几个户型都很差，比如门厅很大一块空着，浪费空间；比如电梯间位置很大 却是不规则多边形， 又不实用又浪费空间，进出户要侧身，感觉极其别扭； 更加过份的是内部设计更加垃圾， 入口凹凹凸凸的，房间入口别扭 要拐几个硬生生的弯、 客厅长角虽然有落地窗采光却集中在一个角落， 阳台太小，阳台边巨大（有60cm左右宽），厨卫卧室全部很小......</P>
<P>据说设计这小区的设计师也买了个房子在清溪苑，以后大家要好好感谢他 设计了这空前绝后的户型。</P>
