D区最精致了！可以说是整个政苑的精华。风水也很好。

<P>对，当时放弃许多更大的房子，就是看中了D区多层的环境和质量。除了E3，D区的B2也是感觉较好的房子，就是小了点。</P>[em01]

山色空檬

D区是最早动工的，基本上是各中标公司的样板工程，质量和施工工艺比较考究，墙壁用铁丝网打底、楼梯用铜条钩角，有的标段还争创“钱江杯”呢！B区靠河边的由通达公司承建的几幢也参加“钱江杯”的角逐。A区设计规划是以拆迁安置为主，所以质量、施工工艺相对差些，细节也比较粗糙，如墙壁没有用细铁丝网打底、楼梯台阶不用铜条钩角等。C区质量、施工工艺和A区差不多。

<P>不过，当时我不了解这些，工作忙，看房子的时间也没有，大致转了一圈，凭感觉定的D区，最想要的是B2的顶楼，结果分不够！现在看了几位已领到钥匙的朋友的帖子，才知道又庆幸了一把，据说顶楼问题多多。</P>
