刨花板还是密度板--关于家具板材的回答 板式家具板式家具是指以人造板为主要基材、以板件为基本结构的拆装组合式家具。常见的人造板材有胶合板、细木工板、刨花板、中纤板等。胶合板（夹板）常用于制作需要弯曲变形的家具；细木工板性能有时会受板芯材质影响；刨花板（又叫微粒板、蔗渣板）材质疏松，仅用于低档家具。性价比最高、最常用的是中密度纤维板（ＭＤＦ）。板式家具常见的饰面材料有薄木（俗称贴木皮）、木纹纸（俗称贴纸）、ＰＶＣ胶板、聚脂漆面（俗称烤漆）等。后三种饰面通常用于中低档家具，而天然木皮饰面用于高档产品。板式家具是由中密度纤维板或刨花板进行表面贴面等工艺制成的家具。这种家具中有很大一部分是木纹仿真家具。目前市场上出售的一些板式家具的贴面越来越逼真，光泽度、手感等都不错，工艺精细的产品价格也很昂贵。

油漆的好坏。颜料是否有条痕？角位的颜料是否涂得过厚？有裂痕或气泡吗？这些都是要仔细查看的。还得问营业员，家具上过几道漆。当然是上的次数越多越好。 从合页槽和打眼处可以看出板式家具用材是中密度还是刨花板，一个最好的方法是认真观察合页槽和打眼处，裸露了内部构造的地方，就可以看出是用了刨花板还是中密度板。 五金件的使用，可随意拆装组合是板式家具最大的优点，所以连接件的质量好坏和整个家具的质量息息相关。进口家具贵就贵在这些细枝末节上。
