<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial"><FONT face=宋体>本业主大会由本物业管理区域的全体业主组成。业主身份的确认,一般按房屋所有权证记载的所有权人确定;已订立房屋买卖合同但尚未取得房屋所有权证的,房屋竣工并已交付的,按照房屋销售合同中明确的物业买受人确定。</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
