根据朝向选择植物 <P>　　首先要了解你家阳台的朝向，由于朝向不同，光照差异区别很大。南向阳台夏季基本上没有阳光，北向则相反，东向、西向阳台则各只得半天日照。所以，要根据朝向来选择相适宜的植物品种。比如：如果阳台是朝南的
，光照时间长，可以养些喜欢阳光的花草，如米兰、茉莉、扶桑、月季等。如果阳台是朝东或朝西的，最好种些蔓生植物，像凌霄、茑蔓、牵牛花等。如果阳台是朝北的，可以种些耐阴或半耐阴性植物，比如文竹、万年青、龟背竹等。</P><P>　　根据朝向选择不同的种植摆放方式</P><P>　　阳台的空间一般都很有限，常栽种攀缘或蔓生植物，采用平行垂直绿化或平行水平绿化。一般西阳台夏季西晒厉害，采用平行垂直绿化较适宜。植物形成绿色帘幕，遮挡着烈日直射，起到隔热降温的作用，使阳台形成清凉舒适的小环境。在朝向较好的阳台，可采用平行水平绿化。为了不影响生活功能要求，要根据具体条件选择适合的构图形式和植物材料。</P><P>　　种植攀缘植物的方法</P><P>　　在阳台上最普遍的是种植攀缘植物，牵引方法有两种，一是用建筑材料做成简易的棚架形式，棚架耐用而本身具有观赏价值，在色彩与形式上较讲究，冬季植物落叶后也可观赏。这种方法适宜攀缘能力较弱的植物。二是以绳、铁丝等牵引。可按照自己的设想，从底层庭院向上牵引，或从楼层向上牵引，将阳台绿化与墙面绿化融为一体，丰富建筑立面的美感。常用的攀缘植物有常春藤、地锦、金银花、葡萄、丝瓜等。</P><P>　　阳台绿化除了攀缘植物、蔓生植物外，还可以在花槽中种植一年生或多年生花卉，最好选择粗生易长、花期长或叶色美的植物。</P><P>　　绿化阳台应因地制宜</P><P>　　阳台为绿化提供的条件并不优越。一般阳台位于建筑的高处，空间有限，处于砖石或水泥的墙壁、板块等硬质材料之间。夏秋季节，阳台的光照强烈，建筑材料吸收辐射热多、蒸发量大，冬季则风大、寒冷。受环境所限，阳台应选择能适应这些条件生长的植物。由于土层浅而少，应选择水平根系发达的浅根性植物；由于阳台风大，不宜选择枝叶繁茂的大型木本攀缘植物，应选择中小型的木本攀缘植物或草木攀缘植物；由于蒸发量较大，应选择抗旱性强以及比较粗放的植物种类和品种。此外，阳台绿化还可以设计安装些绿化的花槽、花架等，使绿化有可能实施的条件。现在不少人都喜欢在阳台营造小园林，考虑到排水等要求，最好请专业人士设计和施工。</P>
