<P>晚上6时左右已有业主朋友到场，畅谈至将近10时结束。</P>
<P>大家认为，离6月20日交房的日子越来越近，应重点关注交房时如何把握装修质量的问题，应在论坛上继续及时披露所发现的问题，提醒各位业主朋友关注自己的屋内有没有类似的问题存在，及时与开发商交涉，督促整改。此外，也谈到了园区的安全保障、基站设置、物管费用等问题。</P>
<P>建议近期去看房时，1.认真记录装修中存在的问题，特别是隐性的问题，及时在交房前告知开发商进行整改；2.顺便丈量一下室内尺寸，既可为安排家具位置作参考，也可作为将来计算面积时的基本数据。</P>
<P>大家还对新婚不久的小鱼儿夫妇表示了祝贺，有朋友还建议他们在网上再办一次虚拟婚礼！哈哈！</P>

对于我们现在在装修当中发生的问题,大家真的不可以掉以轻心,趁他们还没有撤出的情况下,早点发现问题早点要求他们进行即时整改,这是不可以疏忽的．真的，不听不知道，一听一些懂行的领居一说，我发现大家真的要小心注意细节，特别是一些现在我们现在可以发现可以要求改进的地方更是如此．

五一论坛冷清 没想到大家按时聚会 羡慕  上次去看161户型向华庭反映 餐厅无插座.这次去看房已补装上.有问题应及时反映情况.及时解决问题 大家受易.看到三居前绿化很优美(就是树小了些)哈哈!等小区绿化完成,想必也不差吧?希望是这样.
