<P>“L”方案说明：</P>
<P>1. 尽量地与楼书方案一致，并同时考虑了实际技术实施和维护的可行性。采用了KFS建议的底下1.1m安全玻璃，1.1m以上采用中空玻璃的方案，也考虑了KFS所说的后期维护问题，譬如破碎后无需直接吊装作业。也采用了KFS所推荐的内开内倒窗。</P>
<P>2. 采用边窗设计，就是将窗安排在幕墙的一侧或两侧开启。边窗想对于中间开窗的设计要美观的多，也能够方便地进行统一，同时留出了足够的空间用于安装相对较大的定玻，非常简洁和大气。从春江花月或彩虹城等品质高层住宅都能够发现这样的设计。</P>
<P>3. 分隔样式1适用于3号楼4米宽的客厅。考虑到进深较大、和内退幕墙设计，为了更好地通风和观景，安排了两个开启窗。</P>
<P>4. 分隔样式2适用于3号楼卧室、书房和1号楼户型。当然开间大小不一，但是窗的宽度是不变的，变的只是定玻的宽度。</P>
<P>缺陷：对于3号楼的客厅来说，其中一个窗可能不能完全内开，因为相当一部分客厅的幕墙都是内退的，其中有一侧的窗内开时会与同侧的一个横亘出来的短墙抵触，所以不能90度内开，但是内倒应该是没有问题的，而另外一侧则根本没有问题。当然对于一部分客厅幕墙没有内退的户型，是完全可以内开内倒的，不存在任何问题。</P>
