我是韵动苑8幢102的,房子周围景观看上去不错,但是说的送的花圆好想没有原先想象的大,比较郁闷,建议一楼的邻居都去关心一下.还有关于一楼的阳台问题,再次看了看,实在是太好爬了,我老婆156的个子,爬爬都是很轻松,还是要关注一下安全问题.至于小区的景观和环境,我觉得是不错的了.

<P>不错</P><P>就是感觉有几点不足</P><P>1。外立面细节不够多，面砖及其它材质对于现代的风格来说还是欠缺。</P><P>2。环境投入现在还看不出太明确，但从目前的起点来看应该和亲亲家园这类盘有点差距。</P><P>3.一直觉得外立面有几幢斜屋面的层高比例上观感不是太好,且屋面瓦感觉品质感也不太好。</P><P>4.沿02省道高架第一排太整齐了,也近了点,记得当时在黄龙我问设计师（就是那个海归做总图的），他说沿02有景观防护林,隔音挡灰，目前看来第一排树种得不够上品,没景观的味道,象当兵站岗样的。</P><P>5。打字累,下次再吹点优点算了。</P>
