今天又去了云顶！交钱！拿房！（图片发齐）

<P><FONT size=6>      今天又去了云顶，交了钱，拿了钥匙（前几天已来过几次看自己的房子）。拍了不少照片，压缩后发上来。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>总体来说，我是比较满意的，房子并不象某些人讲的那样差，房子的建筑质量是不错的，偶是满意的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>先讲一下不足的情况：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=6>室外：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=6>1。大部分绿化都做了，但是由于天气的原因，草皮的成活率不高，看来要到明年才有满目的翠绿了。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=6>2。有一些工程还在进行，但绝的部分是室外的，不影响入住（当然除了视觉感觉不好外）。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=6>3。停车位不应该是柏油的，用倍力多孔砖多好啊！可以绿化，还美观。现在可能是为了赶工期吧，希望以后可以改进，或在停车位上建雨棚。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=6>4。山边的护坡还没完全建好，要抓紧建设，不然一下大雨会出问题的哦！</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=6>室内：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#ff0033 size=6>1。我的房间的地板没有划伤，但看到有的房间的地板被划伤了。这是装修公司的责任，铺好的地板上没再铺上一层保护毯。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#ff0033 size=6>2。纱窗和窗户我不满意，纱窗拉不动，窗户的材料太烂，工艺太烂。我打算把窗户拆了重做。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#ff0033 size=6>3。天气太热，好多草都没种活。现在好象暂时停工了，种了也不会活的，还是等天气好点再种了。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#ff0033 size=6>4。会馆前面在修路和亭子。不过这好象是临时增加的项目，目前正在赶工。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#ff0033 size=6>5。偶的移动电话没信号：希望大家不要再吵了，我只希望我在自己的家里可以拨打移动电话。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>比较满意的项目：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>室外：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>1。体育设施多啊！偶喜欢得不得了。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>2。房子的外观造型漂亮，超出我的想象，喜欢。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>3：楼下还有小溪流，只是现在没水，不然一定好看。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>4。豪华的会馆，有气势。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#000000 size=6>室内：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>1。房子好漂亮，比预期的要好看。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>2。建筑质量比较令人满意。好多人好象都不重视房子的建筑质量，其实这是最重要的，装修到是次要的，房子是没办法重建的，装修是可以重来的——这里好多人在吵吵闹闹，却不知道什么是最重要的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>3。厨房的装修我最满意了，尤其是橱柜，做的很好。当然厨房电器要是用再好些的品牌的话就更好了（比如：帅康，方太，西门子........)</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=6>4.环境是最令偶满意的了，偶家LD欢喜得不得了。住在这个地方，心情都会好许多哦！！！</FONT></P>
