景色一天比一天漂亮,这些日子附近村子里的孩子们都在这儿玩,我去了两次都看到的,以后物业怎么对待他们呢,不放进来似乎说不过去,放进来又~~[em06]

看合同的附图,官道好象是在红线之内,这样完全有理由封闭,如果不能封闭管理,开发商事先应有说明,狗日的不地道就在这里.

<P>我至今尚未搞清什么是官道？是两村村民通行问题吗？如果是，我觉得能堵吗？天下没有那么多坏人！</P>

<P>购房时，KFS多位销售明确告诉我：官道不会从本小区过，会另开道路。今天我去云顶，售楼小姐说会给村民发放通行证，如果村民不遵守，本小区就封闭官道。看看！又在吹牛了，首先，村民是绝对不会遵守通行证制度的，其次，我们也别想封了官道。否则，我们业主的汽车以后就别想进我们的小区了，更有甚者，以后会出现流血事件！</P><P>所以，还是要说句话：本小区一定要围起来，官道一定得另留。</P>

如果官道从本小区内部过，这个楼盘就彻底完了。本小区的道路不出一年就会坑坑洼洼，每天都会有物业与过路的人、车（没通行证）吵架，之后，就会出现没有物业接盘的惨相。

<P>开发商当时就知道官道之事，但在售楼宣传时从没提及，明显存在欺诈行为。</P><P>如果开发商不拿出当时拿地的能耐来解决此事，我们可以告他欺诈罪。</P>

还是那些村民有那么高得觉悟，来遵守你定的规矩？</P><P>官道必须隔在小区外！！！</P>

反过来想，村里也可能会给每位云顶业主发通行证的啊。
