<P>看过了，还是比较客观的，我刚想转贴呢，4的动作快的！[em07]</P>
<P><FONT size=4>由于经常去临安的老余杭，所以路过02省道闲林段时，就会多看一眼两边的楼盘。每过一段时间闲林总是会给我们以感官的刺激，一个个楼盘开工，一幢幢房子结顶。一个新城西正在期待中，一步一步走向成熟，虽然时间上还有点远，但大城西的成熟在必然之中。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>    但说实话，闲林楼盘中，闲林山水，是我最不要看的，不为别的。因为在02省道向闲林山望去，偶们仿佛看到的是一个80年代的楼盘，也象是经济适用房。所以，想进小区看的欲望都没有。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>    偶们民间评房团在评论时，好象意见比较一致；好象闲林山水的落选已在情理之中。今天进入小区看了以后，才发现偶们犯了经验主义、想当然的错误。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>        闲林山水的房子是比较有特点的，它的优点和一些缺点一样突出。当然优点还是主要的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>      其实，进入小区以后，就不会象在02省道，只能看到的上半部。整体看楼盘，房子的整体还是不错的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>      进入楼房内部，发现户型、建筑质量都还不错，这对于一个开盘价只有2000多的楼盘是不容易的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>    尤其是要值得称道的是小区的景观和绿化，做得非常不错。大到境观设计规划、小到建筑小品、绿化树种选择等方面，都做的非常到位，非常精心。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>      后来到白云深处时，他们的工作人员说，闲林山水的绿化费用是其它同类楼盘的二倍，我们看的确是有的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>      其它也不多说了，我以图片的形式，对闲林山水作一客观报导。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=4><b>五：闲林山水的不足之处。</b></FONT></P>
<P>正如前面有网友说的一样，闲林山水的涂料是个败笔，就象一外穿西裤皮鞋，而上身却穿了件破背心，不协调。</P>

书剑，辛苦了。下次请你吃我烧的拿手菜，为你加油。大老哥的评价还可以的。山水的绿化，说实在，海棠苑区块还说得过去的，但是，丹枫苑区块，就有不少问题了。那种在地上的草太低档，还不如种草皮呢。还有一些花，没有变化。好在，陈利波答应重新进行景观改造。[em07]
