业主是年轻的小夫妻！准备用来做结婚用房。风格要求简约、现代。
拿到图纸后，发现户型问题挺多，客厅、餐厅太长，餐厅位置难布.......，考虑：如何利用面积，增加储物空间（个人设计习惯：先考虑使用、储藏功能，再考虑装饰）......开始设计

设计思路：餐厅位置的决定，原先考虑在厨房门口，但和课题之间空出了一大块空间，本来准备设计一个休闲空间，但业主不需要。所以考虑把餐厅移位！（理由：现有空间比原有空间大，客人多比较方便，虽然有过道影响，原餐厅位置同样也受卫生间和书房的过道影响） 主卫和次卫的考虑：在我的概念中主卫最好套在主卧中，所以该开次卧的门，次卧原门该为衣柜，改开的次卧的门正对餐厅，所以考虑暗门，把原墙打掉重砌加衣柜，暗门要考虑开启和上锁。次卫考虑淋浴房、台盆、洗衣机....（按原有空间比较困难），因为餐厅移位所以把卫生间干湿分区，这样也方便客人洗手，而且装饰效果又好，原餐厅剩下的空间靠墙做了一组储藏柜，配电箱正好隐藏中间，旁边是到顶的鞋柜。
改好餐厅为后发现和客厅之间太直通了，于是加长餐厅的装饰柜连接客厅角加了个储藏间，再延出一个吧台（活动的），起到和客厅的遮挡作用（不能全挡）。过道上我嵌了四块玻璃打灯光，布置四季干花，寓意四季平安（最后客户否决了，只保留了吧台的灯带）。 
 整个方案客户几乎一次通过，现在这套房子已经完工，客户已经入住！（看反映再发立面图纸和现场照片）

次卫的干区（洗手洗脸），镜子可打开，背后放洗发水之类的

里面湿区用玻璃砖隔，保证了采光，效果也不错。

客厅往厨房看，吧台面原来要用水晶马赛克的，考虑到成本问题，改用透光石。

餐厅的餐桌换成实木和玻璃结合的西餐桌可能效果会好些，这套房子感觉遗憾的是宅配！个人认为配饰占六成的效果，后来我吧局部的配饰重新布置了一下（这也是我的错，配饰没跟上，原来都是他们自己弄的；个人认为房子还是以配饰最容易出效果）。还有茶几认为还是方的好，下面加块地毯，效果应该会好些。
 整个工程花了3个月，整个施工过程中我还是跟的很紧的，7天一到是定死的（主要是和业主比较谈得来，现在都成了朋友，呵呵），其他时间机动！灯具为业主自己选购（那几天没空陪他们，惭愧呀！），选的还不错的。

先放上这一套！大家讨论讨论，过段时间放上一套排屋，另一种风格，现在还在木工施工中！

这套房子建筑面积应该是131方左右吧，应该是6幢或7幢的中间套当时买房时我也考虑过，只不过因为只有一个卧室朝南，结构不好才没有去买，不过被楼主装修过以后，看看还是不错的

套内面积112！预算是5万7（所有家具都做，包括卧室电视机柜，次卧书桌）！实际弄好包括洁具、地板、地砖、移门、厨房。。。（其它杂七杂八的东西）共10万左右！
