<P><FONT face=宋体 size=4>这房子只要是外墙都有漏，这到底是人住的房子还是搭搭的棚？又为何还要按能住人的房价买呀？这“棚”从2005年3月份发现报修，前后经历了4次修补，最后一次算是大修、彻底修、保证修好，但“保证彻底修好”不到6天就出了成绩，卡努的检验。</FONT></P>

<P>东边套，只要是外墙面都有漏水。真是劣质！造房的建筑公司还说的很好听，“帮你修呀，修好了再有漏，就再修呀，只要在保修期就一直会帮你们修的呀！”</P><P>我们的房子是不是只能看，不能住？装修，油漆工无法进场。他们就一直要把我们给拖着。还有天理吗？</P>[em06][em06][em06]
