大家可以找设计师出图纸了.然后就可以估计装修材料如地板的用量了. 地板估计到明年可能还要涨. 可以先订下。后悔没听别人建议在年初订地板，涨了一大捷啊!

按售楼小姐所讲明年3月交付较真实,那么3-4个月装修,2-3个月房子散味(这是一交付就装修而且是提前交付的情况下),那么最快10月入住,一般07年春节入住比较现实.
