两块门槛大理石，安装的比设计矮了2mm，被每天来的监工给砸了~瓷砖也少了几块，装修公司要去订；看来45天完工成问题了，要50~55天左右。

泥工如期完工了~涂料却出了问题。第一遍批墙完工，装修公司的监工发现原墙的粉层胶水含量太低，容易脱落。要求油漆工全部铲掉重做，铲到见水泥层为止。这样一返工，差不多浪费了近一周的时间。建议装修的dx一定要检查，不要出现像我这样的返工。

呵呵，我家就是直接铲掉的，不过顶上的粉很牢，不用铲

油漆工进场的时候就做了个测试，最后建议我们铲掉墙上的，保留顶上的。

内墙质量实在太差！！！[em16][em16][em16][em16][em16][em16]开始装修公司建议我包括水泥层全部铲掉重做，我嫌工程量太大，太麻烦不同意。原来的粉层的平整度还可以，所以装修公司就直接在粉层上批墙。但是第一次批墙结束，就发现原墙粉层的胶水含量太低，二三年后可能会脱落，就主动将包括原墙粉层全部铲掉重做。铲掉粉层后在水泥层上批墙，又发现原来的水泥层平整度太差。要达到装修公司平整度3mm的要求，两个涂料工批了整整一个星期，还是无法做到。因为要满足平整度的要求，局部墙面的腻子会批地太厚，也有脱漏的可能。没办法，要保证工期，只能要求尽量做到肉眼看不出不平整就可以了~

感觉房子的主题结构质量还可以，墙内的钢筋又多又粗。但是墙面工程可能是分包出去了，质量就打折了。

现在还出现了一个问题：自购的科曼多移门，订货的时候商家没有关照要预先制作吊杆等，装修公司按常规制作的门框，现在出现了无法安装的问题。现在装修公司再想办法弥补，总是和最初的设计不符~
