只能说位置不错，但户型及南阳台都只有1米2实在有损楼的形象。太小架子气。跟北面宽阔的钱塘江江景很不协调。

户型太差，特别是阳台太小．跟这个海威国际的名字实在是不相配．就看价格了，太高就不准备买了．合理价位应在１００００每平米的样子．
