<P>昨天发大兴，想做蛋挞！说干就干。先咨询葱花，并借来蛋挞模子和秤（最后秤没用[em04]）。方子就早就收藏在电脑里的，翻出来又学了一边，其实不是很看地懂，只能边做边摸索了！哈哈！[em01][em01]</P>
<P>先和面，加了水和油（方子上说要用酥油，我没有，就用烧菜的葵花子油替代了[em04]），和了半天，没啥个反应，叫猪猪来看。他说是因为我力气太小，说着挽起袖子上了！[em07]也好，他和面，我开始弄黄油。按照方子上说的，把黄油擀成薄薄的一大片。</P>
<P>盗用人家的照片一下。昨天照相机没电了！</P>

<P>然后把猪和好的面分成几份。因为从来没实践过对于干面粉和湿面团的比例不清楚，以至于面团明显地多了。[em11]先不管了，切下一半放一边。擀两张大皮子，把黄油放中间。</P>
<P>再盗用一张。哈哈！[em04]实际和照片有区别，方子是擀一大张，是黄油的3倍，把黄油包住，我的做法是两张面，中间包一片黄油，道理是一样的。[em08][em08]</P>

然后开始“叠被子”，叠了再擀，擀了再叠。重复几次。继续盗用[em04][em04]</P>
