山坡复绿的密度是好的,但是,别墅周边的树就多了些,成大块的绿草地少了.不知道是不是草难成活.

这楼不知道是公建还是别墅.如果是公建我就拍手称快,如是别墅就有些刹风景.对其周边的景致的处理中能要小心了,搞不好就是一大败笔.

拍完了别墅就去关心一下东溪公寓,溪边的二栋楼受到高教经济房的严重影响,有压抑感.

<P>    laobx辛苦了。</P><P>    应该说，在拍别墅照片的时候是选择了最佳角度，着重遴选了一些绿化小品，我们的业主还是尽量用欣赏的眼光去抓捕的。</P><P>    如果是这样，我们没有半点惊喜。不否认这是一件建筑艺术品，但这不象别墅。</P>

<P>我是三期的业主,所以对三期的情况关心多些.总体看,三期南部的别墅好于北部的.主要是指别墅周边的绿地要大些.而北边的有几栋几乎就没有太多的空地.作为别墅这是一种遗憾,当然价格也是有差异的.尽管如此,以后还是有一些补救的办法的..对建筑的风格就是青菜萝卜各有所爱.   我原来也是想要四期的,现在看,三期的地理位置和环境最好.总体,我还是没有后悔卖了浪漫的别墅,建筑本身质量是没有问题的.三期的环境也是好的.我想入住后,感觉会好的.    当然各人的情况不同,感受也不同.</P>

<P>   我能理解别墅业主的心情，光是感觉自己那一套那一期还可以是不够的。买了别墅，谁都不愿意有一种失落的感觉，别墅区要讲整体环境，否则就是在杂物堆里给你造个房子，每日行进，抬头举目，你会舒服么？品质如何关键在开发投入。</P>

<P>楼主买了三期别墅有眼力，运气也好。因为感觉三期别墅是浪漫和山楼盘里最好的一块了，二期被压缩在一狭小的山凹凹里，极不舒服。公寓原来中能声称最好的15、16、号楼，现在看来可以被列为最差了，郁闷哦。</P>[em06][em06][em06][em06]

谢谢<b><FONT color=#000066>zhslcy.  我原以为高教经济房对东溪公寓的影响不是很大,毕竟隔着一条溪.可现在一看,确实有问题.高教经济房西边离溪太近了.从原来的图上看,好象是11号楼的影响大些(也就是溪边从南向北第三栋楼).不知道有没有记错.</FONT></b>
