to 小色猪：标准的地铁受益区域，下一个商业繁华地和总部所在地，离杭州市中心10分钟车程，目前该区域房价在4800-6000之间，升值潜力很大，十分看好；to louyaorong：新区人民广场对面的心意广场，3幢34层，118米，另3幢26、28、30层。

用雨后春笋来形容不会过分，恰逢杭州建设重点有老城转到新城，“十一五规划”的重点和市政府工作的着力点开始转到萧山，这个区块将是潜力无穷！
