闻堰三江花园看房子的体会

半斤

今天和朋友去闻堰三江花园看房子，感觉比较好。当时真想马上买下来！
看到那绿化，看到那钱塘江，还有那船，和晚霞照在波光粼粼，真爽。
就是稍远一点，听说政府马上就要造世纪大道直达钱江4桥。
这样到市区只要15分钟。
可惜售楼小姐说，要在房交会才开盘。
但愿到时候能买到中意的楼层。

没有10年8年那里不会太方便,估计20年以后很热闹了,但那时候你多了?

房子还是离上班的地方近点好,人生没有几个20年!
我们江北发展了那么多年现在生活还不是太方便,不要说三江了!03年到08年5年了,那里现在有什么啊?
如果是第二居所可以考虑!买别墅排屋我到觉得可以考虑,普通公寓要慎重!

确实太远了，我们公司在滨江的，同事上班都觉得不太方便，因为城里有班车，闻堰没有。

确实发展太慢了，5年过去了，人生有几个5年，不要说闻堰了，滨江现在也只有一桥附近有点样子

闻堰化工厂的污染不是一般的严重，住在那边的人闹腾了不止一年二年，可惜政府就是没人出来管的。

你在家的时候，早、中、晚在家休息的时候就能按时能闻到化工厂的臭味，这叫闻咽，臭气和毒气叫你闻得到，咽下去。
