星期天本人去看了房，杭州有线正在装网线，赞成物业已经进驻，问了保安（消息较为可靠），4月中旬交房。
小区绿化基本结束，金华路主入口比较气派，有个小高地，地势有起伏，还有一个景观水系正在加速建造。
另外，经本人实地察看，一期小高屋电梯均为不锈钢制造，并非流传的喷漆制品。所谓的喷漆只是包在不锈钢外面的一层保护膜。[em01]

我昨天也去看过了~~~~~~~~~~~说4月8日可以交房~~~~~~~~~~~~~另外,我觉得阳台有必要统一包起来,否则下大雨的话,衣服都不知道该晾在哪里了?(而且阳台上还会积灰)

我也看过了，一楼的电梯门是有一层保护膜的，应该是不锈钢的
但是二楼以上的电梯门都不一样的，好像看不到那层保护膜，好像真的是喷漆的；另外电梯里面没有看过，不知道是怎么样的！！

我昨天也去看了，6幢一楼的电梯门是不锈钢的，2楼的是喷漆的。
1楼的电梯按键没装，2楼的装好了，可以控制了。里面我看了，感觉一般吧，是3面小镜子和印花的不锈钢。肯定还没通过验收，没敢坐上去~

据水鱼说，一楼是不锈钢的，其他是喷漆的。他为此考察过其他楼盘，发现除了少数高档楼盘，如绿园、春江花月等以外，基本如此，只能赞一下绿城的质地。水鱼会在3月12日植树的时候给大家一个解释
