工程进展2.21

天寓工地现场是正月初十才正式复工的，由于土建已经基本完成，安装、景观等各项工作还未正式启动，整个工地显得很平静，但是天寓只是在平静中按照自己的时间表茁壮成长，景观启动时又将是一番热火朝天的场景。
一、二期内粉刷工作已经完成到18楼以下；
二、一期中心广场以完成防水层处理，目前正在进行的保护层施工已经完成一半；

工地上工人不多，给业主和客户印象不太好。六合要合理安排进度，保持各工序的紧密衔接。早出立面和景观效果，相信对销售会有很大帮助的。六合是喜欢把社么事情多做在后面，哈哈，未定的和待定的东西太多，提前量做的不够，很容易导致等待。年前看水印城，人家有部分立面效果已经出来了。逸天的速度就更不用说了。速度快不意味着质量差，速度和质量取绝于公司的高效和规范运转。
