三组团快交付了，不知道有多少户邻居准备交付立马装修的，团购的事情应该开始张罗了吧。有意向的、有路子的顶啊........[em05]

只是邻居，不在你家正上方，（应该是你家楼上的对门）看来小MM关系不错，我对边套可是早就[em02][em02]，虽然也是找了点关系提前进入选房...
快交房了，竟然连房子都还没有搞好，小区地面被弄得象耕田一样，没办法，我也指望它能晚点交付，弄点违约金来解燃眉之急，可这样的算盘一般是不太可能出现（毕竟KFS比我们要精多了）。

小区还是较冷清，感觉装修户不是很多，靠主景观有几户阳台、窗户上留有转让广告。小区绿化也远没有刚弄好时候的生气感觉，不知是季节缘故还是成活率，感觉有点稀拉。景观的建设经不起时间的考验，色彩、形式感都脱色呈灰，特别是小区的门！！ 景观的设计难道真象KFS所说的找的国外大师级别？不会是因为中国老爱用外汇收购洋垃圾惹来了这么多远洋苍蝇吧！钢筋、钢丝做了这么多个东西围着几棵月季，听路人说钢丝围着是因为月季有刺，围着怕扎小孩手...真还不如做成葡萄架实用。一直以来我以为是没完工的作品，现在真叫人大跌眼镜。还有游泳池旁边的小景观墙，所用的材料、色彩.....这样的景观设计，只能用两字形容——太水！！！ 小区大门前的雕塑没有，只有一棵孤独的“小树”（不知道要多少年才能长成、才能有树阴）。感觉有些失落，但咱自找的，也认了！只是希望KFS别再过分了，毕竟发展还是要靠口碑...
