工程进展3.10

今天突然得到媒体消息，期待以久“购房入户”政策将在下周正式公布，为充分利用此一利好消息，我们已经制订了相应的推广方案。
 工地进展：
 1、一期窗户已经完成18层以上的安装，但18、26层因为有挑架，暂时未安装。
 2、一期车库顶板已经开始浇注混凝土，为景观施工做准备。
 3、二期仍在进行内粉刷。
 设备招标：
 1、玻璃具体颜色刚刚确定（由于现场已经拆除，现已要求供应商提供样品）
 2、低压配电箱柜、电表箱柜开始招标
 3、空调招标仍在整理技术资料
 4、数字电视，我们正在谈判全数字型数字电视的引入方式，下周可能在售楼部进行一次展示，我会及时跟进。
 景观：
 还在做技术资料准备，完成施工单位招标。
 建筑设计：（门禁系统）。本次为初步方案，不排除有细微修改

[em23] 很有创意! 这些设计都充满了阳刚之美, 让人耳目一新.六和细心的工作态度值得肯定！我来点实际的吧:1. 苹果树:　玻璃的外层怎么清洁?　两个夹层之间如果有脏物如何清理? 放空调外机的顶部呢? 2. G图中的‘入口透视’看起来两块玻璃非常锐利，不知可否处理成孤形（不过这样从几何上看就不对称了），还有镂空的顶部如果掉落叶进去会造成玻璃顶部变脏，怎么清理？被包住的两边玻璃也不好清理（人根本进不去）。

这个时代需要创意, 需要个性, 需要细节. 但拒绝平庸. 看了上面的图片, 虽然不是特别明了, 是足见六合的用心, 老板对于建筑和设计所倾注的热情及精力, 令业主佩服. 如果六合能够将这些设计, 细节, 及意图通过精美的文字和图片体现在自家期刊上, 与业主和其他对天寓, 对设计感兴趣者分享, 该是多么好的一件事情. 过程需要记录, 思想需要交流.楼上考虑的非常周全, 感觉这些往往是六合忽略的, 就是实用性细节.
