心痛啊！本来最看中的就是政苑的河道，现在却变成这样子而又没人管。悲哀！其实政苑的卫生间够大的，洗脸台对面还足够放个洗衣机，为什么不改一改？

这臭水可能要伴随我们好几年了，要到东面地块的工程都建设好了，河道整治完毕和小区连通后，才会有所好转。

政苑河应该改成政苑塘，不流动的池塘水是最容易污染的。物业公司应该采取措施。

昨晚去A、B区间的马路上走了一下，闻到了一股臭臭的味道，应该是河水散发出来的吧，天啊，现在就如此，那到了夏天可怎么办啊？

见过晚上小区河道的样子吗？今晚9：30，经过AD区之间的小木桥时，发现整个河道被一层黑黑污染物所覆盖……打了88967313（物业），说是水电值班电话，要我明天再打。无奈跟红豆斑斑说了此事（也确实不好意思，豆斑最近忒忙，不忍打扰他）。

政苑小区黑水河有愈演愈厉的趋势,我今晚散步时在B区已闻到臭味.居可靠信息主要有几个原因１：河道的泵站的水泵施工时接反了，本来要向外排水现反将外埠的污水抽了进来．管理局今天开会说到了此事．真是天大的笑话！２：设计问题，小区的雨水管和废水管直排河道，我们有许多邻居在阳台上安洗衣机和拖把池，这些带着洗涤剂的废水直接流到了河里．光凭上述原因不发黑发臭才怪呢！
　　要解决问题需要我们内外齐心．１：呼吁我们的邻居们千万不要在阳台接洗衣机了，为了我们共同的家园请各位合作！２：向管理局领导打紧急报告，强烈要求开发商把雨水管和废水管接到污水管线．３：立即请环保和河道管理部门的专家到现场指导，采取措施及时治理，也许还有救．否则到了夏天我们的家园将成为２１世纪的龙须沟，蚊蝇滋生地．到时还不如把河填了算了．

真是天大的笑话呀！
我估计是技术人员故意接反的，政苑河道的水好象没有源头，只靠雨水，再用人工截流的办法蓄水，如再用水泵抽的活，一不小心抽干就成另一笑话了！

忽然发现四周的河水全是黑黑的,太可怕了,物业有对策了吗?

我觉得不能强迫村民洗衣机不放阳台，要求阳台下水管改造接污水管。

我赞成这个办法，很多人家装修的时候并不知道污水管是直通河道的，家里管道的布局现在以定局了，让业主改动好象不太现实，毕竟不是每个人都有这个意识的。

政苑的房子，很多在设计上就是不合理的。这两天坛子里搞的沸沸扬扬的小高层地下车库、黑水泛滥的河道，以及前段时间的地上车位、太阳能等，暴露了小区的诸多问题。外人一提到政苑小区，都羡慕得流口水，可我们的苦楚谁来承担呢？经济适用房也是要花钱的，不能因为经济，我们所应该享受的服务就打折啊

我省部分市已经开始河道的生态化治理，而不是一味地和岸硬化。治理方式类似于西湖茅家埠和西溪湿地，基本上不用石头、混凝土。
