能讨论一下B户型的装修设想吗？

我所选的也是Ｂ户型。不知如何设计。

厨房是小了点，但改造也比较麻烦，主要是厨房和卫生间设计时有防水层，所以厨房和卫生间的地面比其他房间低3~5公分，书房外面的阳台真是多余，没有这个，面积差不多可以降(2400x1500)/2了（1.8平方）还影响书房得才光，本来采光面就小，还加个2400深的阳台，采光系数有的打折了，真是多余，当时定方案时肯定没用脑子想，该大的不大，该小得不小，一点都不以人为本，可怜了我们这些B型的主呀[em03]

为了采光，采用玻璃门，倒是一个好办法，可以考虑。不过看这2个房间怎么用，玻璃门的隔音和私秘性差了点。

LUKE,我原先的想法想把2楼的书房北墙都推掉，做落地窗。一个这样采光非常舒服；二来外面我们种些美观植物供欣赏哈哈1。不知道能否这样做，因为所谓的外立面破坏了。2。装修成本增加，软装也是。好像还是你打个窗户来得实在。

你理解的没错，所以要把二楼挑梁外的楼板切除。楼上的面积小了，但是基本保持了客厅的完整性。

去实地看过房子后,觉得餐厅和客厅之间的空地没有想象的那么大,好象先前想到的改造方法行不通的样子啊.

呵呵,我选的时候,25幢除了6、7、8已经被挑走之外，还都可以选的！不过，就是因为中间这块空地，使得两个厅间距实在太长，不利于采光，也太浪费，所以还是跳了2楼的F。我觉得户型比楼层更重要！
