<p>楼上的你不会接到了28号的收房通知吧?等到那时黄花菜都凉了。</p><p>我看城建的态度是好的,但管道问题不能等到收房后改,那时不是我们某个业主的事,互相都要受影响,别闹得邻里不和。再说也影响你城建继续销售。</p><p></p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 强烈支持组织第二次协商活动,所有的问题应该在交房前达成协议,否则等交了房,什么事都说不清楚了!</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我想不管定在什么时候,大家都愿意牺牲宝贵的工作时间来的.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; KFS根本就是故意在拖时间,解决的也只是一些小问题,根本性的问题都没解决,这样难道就是他们所说的有诚意吗?</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 其实问题KFS早就知道了,只是没有诚意整改而已!</p>

还有个问题想问一下,就是放空调室外机的地方,不能封起来,这样下次维修会极其麻烦,可是不封起来的话,噪音会很大,如果到了夏天的晚上,大家的空调一起使用起来,那时的噪音会让人无法入睡的.

<p>不犯法难道就没有错么?勉强满足规范最低标准的设计难道就是好设计?不倒塌的楼就叫精品楼盘?</p><p>城建的设计部门、KFS、工程部门,把你们的头头叫上,别平时耀武扬威四处吃喝,遇到事情就象缩头乌龟,派几个喽啰兵出来挡驾。</p><p>难道真的要给软的不吃,给台阶不下,要硬碰硬么?</p>
