以下是引用[I]小皮皮[/I]在2006-6-3 22:23:54的发言：[BR]&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;一是主卫不明，二是次卫偏小，放洗衣机有些问题，三是厨房的光线受北阳台的制约，四是餐厅独立性不足，五是阳台不封的安全性问题。&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;1和2是没有办法的了。洗衣机可以放在厨房里，做个柜子放进去，和厨房的柜子合为一体，餐厅独立性不足我的想法是去掉那个小房间或是从餐厅这个墙改进去三分之二，剩下的三分之一正好做个衣柜。这样餐厅会大很多。冰箱就放在餐厅里，当然是要对开门的那种，既是装饰也是实用，那个地方不是很方便，大冰箱还是需要的。阳台还是不要封了，加个防盗报警装置，如果有小孩子的话，自己再加一层不锈刚的扶手。&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;<br/><br/>

&nbsp; 其他的都觉得可以&nbsp; 但若是把北面的小房间改成餐厅 那我们的客厅可以当足球场用了.好浪费哦. [em06]

昨天，两位教授去公共事务管理处询问签合同的事，其中一位是做律师的，另一位一直是反对这么早签合同的。从公管处回来后，教授跟我说：“还是早点签吧”。

在外地出产,开发商打手机过来,说我的购房审批已经下来,把我放在第一批的签合同名单中,叫我7月24—25日签合同。我的房子没有看见过，也没有造好，凭什么让我先签啊！请各位给出点注意。

<p>教授只是跟我说了以下3点:</p><p>1.早点签公积金可以早点取.</p><p>2.规避房地产政策风险.目前地产政策总的来说不利于大户型购买.</p><p>3.下半年银行贷款利率上调的可能性较大.</p><p>其他的也没有多说,我在想公管处是否向他们承诺了房子的质量和其他我们认为比较成问题的一些事，也就是说前提是房子质量有保证、规划和配套合理。</p>

</p><p>站不住脚啊！</p><p>1.公积金取不取都是自己的，再说晚点签公积金也可以晚点取，而且取得更多。</p><p>2.规避不规避是我们买家的事，用不着KFS来替我们瞎操心，再说晚签个一年半载也不会变到哪里去！</p><p>3.这就更站不住脚了，难道现在签就不会受利率上调的影响吗？</p>
