<p>首先我觉得警察有他的职责所在,中国吃白饭的警察的确占大多.110不出警,或者出警不管事的特别多,越是小城市越这样.没办法当地政府有责任,没人管啊,中央看不到底下就胡来.大概是两年前还是一年前听我爸说,他看报纸湖南某个地方一个村里有个小孩被人带跑了,家人打了3次110,当地派出所都不出警,导致这个10岁不到的孩子被强奸了.还有我自己遇到的一件事,去年夏天因公出差大概有几个月时间要住在永康,于是在永康最市中心的华联11楼租了套房子,那晚防盗窗被敲了,因为我的另一个女同伴听到声音开灯导致那晚没有失贼.(当时听到声音也不敢起来的,第二天起来才知道窗户被翘了)于是我打了110,打了三次没有来,第三次对方既然以派出所当时没有车为由拒绝过来,我气死了,后来我说你们今天不过来我就到当地政府去.来了看了一下就走了,人生地不熟的地方,警察一点没有让我感觉有安全感,哪有什么保家卫国啊,什么国泰民安的话都是狗屁!</p>
