冒酷暑去公寓看了一下

<p>马路两边没有和绿化带有相隔的东西(不是很专业,专业术语不知道叫什么),这么小的池塘上横空架着这么根桥，是锦上添花还是画蛇添足呢？？？</p>

<p>大家说说看,翰墨香林和浪漫和山谁有更高的市场价格,若5年后教师房上市的话,在相同价格情况下,买主更喜欢浪漫的公寓还是教师房,大家评评看:</p><p>比较如下:1\浪漫毕竟是商品房,是公寓总比经济房好;绿化再怎么差,总比教师房好;</p><p>2\教师房地段比浪漫好,属于西湖区也比浪漫属于余杭区好,另外教师房配套,如幼儿园\小学\中学,其中幼儿园肯定是甲级的,也肯定有,小学\中学也在规划中,那边都是省教育厅的学校和子民,应该也没有问题.另外,住户中他们都是老师,很多买主可能也会喜欢.</p>

<p>前几天去翰墨香林看房子，站在北阳台上，看到北面的风光真不错！我们最后一排的住户真的要感谢浪漫河山带给我们那么美的北面风景，谢谢啦！哈哈！</p>
