<p></p><p><font color="#008000">开始讲讲饼底的做法。菜鸟只能用自发粉了。其实批萨对于饼底并没有很特殊的要求,普通中筋粉就行。如果你喜欢吃劲道点的,就用高筋粉,买不到高筋粉,去买饺子粉。喜欢吃松软的,低筋粉吧。用酵母发面比较麻烦,就买自发粉吧。</font></p><p><font color="#008000">1,牛奶温热。<br/><br/>2,和面粉搅拌,加适量糖。<br/><br/>3,加盐。<br/><br/>4,面已揉成型时,加黄油。<br/><br/>方子现在不在手上,所以只能都写适量了。以后再补上具体分量。加水的时候要慢点,一点点地加,不然要加很多粉。<br/></font></p><p></p><p><font color="#008000">下垫温水,上盖纱布。<br/><br/>温度和湿度是关键。</font><br/></p><p></p><p><font color="#008000">如图,很清楚啦,就不说啦。反正就是想方设法把面团弄成一个和锅一样大,切周围有一圈凸起,且厚度不超过一个指关节的形状。再在饼上用筷子扎一些小孔。不管你是用什么姿势什么方法。<br/><br/>自发粉果然很吸油,我倒了很多油进去,出来后影都没了。</font></p><p></p><p><font color="#008000">1,抹一层番茄酱,这个简单,沙拉酱也行,自己做酱也行,还是那句话,看各人口味了。其实我觉得酱对味道没太大影响。关键酱要比较干,不能太湿的。<br/><br/>2,搁奶酪丝。<br/><br/>3,放材料。<br/><br/>4,铺奶酪丝。多放些!</font></p><p></p>

</p><p>不是啦,先煮一锅水的那叫,恩,我们台州叫“麦虾”,杭州知味观里做的小小的叫“猫耳朵”,</p><p>那“麦糊烧”也是放在热平底锅上放一勺和好的面粉,摊匀了,再放上喜欢吃的蔬菜或鸡蛋虾皮之类的薄薄的一张饼,没PIZA那么多工序</p>
