<span class="tpc_content">&nbsp; 水中瑜伽一般是在1—1.4米深的水池中进行,即使你是旱鸭子,想在水中“掌握”瑜伽也完全没有问题。在水的包围中,即便是瑜伽初学者也会自然、轻松地完成那些在地面上难以完成的动作。<br/>&nbsp; 水中瑜伽与传统瑜伽一样,也包含冥想、呼吸和肢体伸展等环节。水的浮力可保护人体在练习时不受损伤,减轻传统瑜伽可能会带来的身体疼痛,让人在轻松完成美体之余,还能享受SPA保养般的舒适感觉。<br/>&nbsp; 另外,水中瑜伽可以采用多种呼吸方法,利用水压来挤压、按摩皮肤和内脏,从而达到消除疲劳、舒活全身筋骨、健美肌肤的效果。借助水的阻力,还可以加强肌肉的耐力。另外,在水中的活动比陆地上散发更多的热量,因而可以消除多余脂肪、纤细身材,每周练习两次就可以达到非常好的训练效果.<br/>.&nbsp;&nbsp;水上练习瑜伽的要领:1.<font color="#ff0000">压力</font>:可利用水压来按摩、挤压、揉搓内脏、腺体、皮肤、肌肉、骨骼而舒活全身筋骨,消防疲劳。<font color="#ff0000">2.浮力</font>:可帮助我们学习放松和集中注意力,另外对加强平衡感的训练也很有帮助;人体要浮上水面,一定要完全放松。3.<font color="#ff0000">阻力</font>:可加强肌力、肌耐力和心肺功能的训练;在水中的活动比陆地上需加倍的热量,不但能消耗多余的脂肪,收缩肌肉健美身材,更能加强心肺功能,增加氧气、二氧化碳、血液的运送。<br/><br/><font color="#ff0000">特别提示</font><br/>  1、在水中运动时,水的酸碱度会直接影响到女性皮肤的美观,所以一定要选择经过专业水处理的游泳池进行。<br/>  2、要选择专业经验丰富的教练,因为这样的教练对学员的训练特点相对比较了解,从训练的强度、速度掌握上都非常有节奏。同时根据不同学员的自身特点制定训练计划,运动起来有事半功倍的效果。<br/>  3、锻炼前要进行身体检查,并做课前准备活动。其次,不要在水中单独锻炼,即使是会游泳的人。最后注意下水前要了解水的深度,以免造成运动损伤。</span>

<span class="tpc_title">水中瑜伽即问即答</span><br/><br/><span class="tpc_content">不会游泳也能练 <br/><br/>  Q:水中瑜伽这两年的发展情况怎样?和国外相比,有什么不同? <br/><br/>  A:关注和积极参与的人越来越多,从十六七岁到六十多岁,几乎哪个年龄段都有。国外的水中健身更随意,选择时有针对性,系统性,锻炼后的效果会更明显。 <br/><br/>  Q:听说即便不会游泳也能练,是这样吗? <br/><br/>  A:没错,确定了1~1.4米的水深,所以即便是完全没有接触过水中项目的人,也能适应。 <br/><br/>  Q:水中瑜伽具有减肥效果,那它的原理是怎样的? &nbsp; <br/><br/>  A:首先,在水中运动,散热非常快。就像我们煮鸡蛋,煮熟之后,如果放在空气里很长时间,鸡蛋都不会凉,我们一般都是把鸡蛋放在冷水里冰一下,鸡蛋很快就凉了。这说明水有很强的吸热性,你身体产生多余的热量,马上就被水吸走了。另外,在水中运动消耗大。水中运动是利用水为你的运动加上了一个柔性的负重。国家的专门机构曾经做过测试,在水里跑步20分钟相当于陆地上跑1个小时所消耗的热量。 &nbsp; <br/><br/>  Q:既然水中操的水深是1~1.4米,下肢是不是会承受很大的压力,是不是会变得很强壮? <br/><br/>  A:当然不会。因为水中健身操在设计动作的时候,有一个综合的考虑,我们设计了各种各样的动作来锻炼身体的不同部位,再加上我们全部采用有氧代谢的训练方法,是不会长块的。<br/><br/>  每周两次减肥就足够 &nbsp; <br/><br/>  Q:水中瑜伽每周只练习两次,对于减肥来说,运动量够吗?是否需要再同时进行其它训练项目或运动? &nbsp; A:原则上不需要了,运动量已经足够了,因为水中的运动量比在陆地上的消耗大得多。但是如果练习者本身是一个非常喜欢运动的人,那也可以进行其它的运动项目。但是有一点要说明的是,我们要求水中健身操的练习者不要在陆地上进行剧烈的跑跳及强负重的力量训练,因为这样很容易让肌肉的线条变得粗壮。 <br/><br/>  Q:想通过水中健身操减肥,饮食习惯要改变吗? <br/><br/>  A:饮食习惯无需改变(当然常规的油炸性、高糖性、高淀粉性的食物还是应该减少食用的),但是练习的当日对于饮食有些要求。要求在练习前1小时喝完水,3小时吃完饭。练习后也是一样,1小时之后再喝水,3小时之后才能吃东西。这是很重要的,如果你吃完饭马上练习,一方面对身体不好,另一方面,这次练习,你消耗的热量可能是你吃的这顿饭,而不是你身体里原有的脂肪。如果你练习之后马上吃东西,就会形成超量恢复,这是身体的自我保护机能。 &nbsp; <br/><br/>  Q:很多减肥方式,如果不能长时间坚持都会导致反弹,水中健身操会吗? <br/><br/>  A:水中健身操是一个改变你生活习惯的过程,它可以通过水的特性帮你快速减少堆积的脂肪,但每个人的身体情况不一样,有些人在停止了水中健身操的练习之后,还能保持良好的运动和饮食习惯,可能反弹的程度就会很小,锻炼是一生的事情,不会说今天锻炼就能一劳永逸了。有些人锻炼之后,认为已经减肥成功了,就放开肚子拼命吃,那肯定会反弹的。 &nbsp; <br/><br/>  Q:练习水中瑜伽,对服装有特殊的要求吗?是不是穿普通游泳衣就可以了? &nbsp; <br/><br/>  A:建议穿着长腿的泳装,因为练习过程中有一些动作幅度比较大,如果穿普通泳装容易走光。 &nbsp; <br/><br/>  Q:水中瑜伽将成新亮点? &nbsp; <br/><br/>  A:瑜伽决不仅仅是女孩子的专利,无论哪个年龄段的男女都可以找到适合自己的那部分练习,而且,我希望更强调瑜伽的思想性,它不单单是一些简单的肢体动作,它更能够带给你思想上的交流和轻松平和的心态。</span>
