<p>说明：</p><p>1）红色的D字母下面的大厦叫做华元世纪广场，就在江南豪园正对面，一条马路之隔，总基地面积11462.56平方米。华元世纪广场是集商业、餐饮、休闲健身及产权式酒店等多种功能为一体的、滨江区的标志性建筑：杭州一流的商业、餐饮、娱乐中心。 </p><p>目前华元已经结顶。</p>

星光大道CD区，有700多套精装修小户型公馆，其中C区的300多套小户型预计今年9月份上市，主力面积为50多平方米。据了解，开发商准备做16套样板房，预计会在7月份开放。

星光大道小户型公寓的优势在于，它是滨江区域商业中心星光大道的一部分，有整个大的商业作为配套，集合了餐饮、娱乐、超市、专卖店等各种商业配套，生活会非常便利。除此之外，项目会为小户型公馆单独配置一个会所，满足业主健身、娱乐等生活需求。另外，因为两幢酒店式公寓分别位于星光大道中心广场的两侧，经常会举办一些时尚活动，住在公寓里就可以感受到时尚气氛。<p>　　他明确表示，这个项目的目标客户群，除了一部分高级白领、外企员工之外，还有相当一部分是投资者，因为“处于区域商业中心，出租会比较容易，升值潜力还是非常巨大的”。</p>
