顺带估了一下小区地面的车辆容纳能力：
从这个平面图上粗粗的看，
已经预设了地上停车位110个左右；停车位尺寸基本为2m*6m；

主流小车长宽大致在1.45m*4.5-5m；
小区内部主环线的宽度为6m，大部分叉道宽度在4m，少部分为7M、3m；北入口道宽7m；

以标准停车位的尺寸做参考，小区内部主环线边设一圈临时停车位，估计可以设110个，
若考虑单项绕行，则可以在两侧设置约220个，若再考虑4米以上的道路单侧设停车位，小区的地面极限容纳数约可达350个车位，加上地下车位600个和预设地面停车位110个，眼前3、5年基本可以满足小区业主的停车需求。
