现在好像模型照片和楼书都可以作为合同附件的,如果和原模型存在较大差异属于欺诈,可以到法院告要求赔偿的!

我想就一起第一排围墙一事,开发商应该给出正式答复并给出赔偿(补偿)方案,我可是冲着门口的花园和沿河的公园才买一楼的,现在去看看都成什么样子. 严重被欺骗！

是的，差距不是一般的大，而且也没事先告知围墙贴这么近，
等楼盘最终验收完毕之后还是这样，
大家再一起告这事吧。

其实这也没关系的,只要大家团结一致,以后可以打官司的,我们肯定能得到应该有的补偿的.现在业主跟房地产商打官司是很正常的事,以后肯定还会更多. 上海这样的例子就很多,很多开发商也是很惨的,应为欺骗业主太多,后来赔的也很多,所以大家放心好了,只要小区有什么地方跟他们当初说的不一样,就可以告他们的.
